Lego Apple Store Lets Your Minifigures Line Up for New iGadgets

Lego Cuusoo member go to and build put forward a Lego set design dedicated to the typical Apple Store. The prototype uses over 800 pieces, also bricks for Apple products like iPhones, iPads, iPods, MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Pros (plus accessories!). It also comes with a Genius Bar, store employees, shoppers that you can make queue up outside, and--of course--Steve Jobs. In addition to the Genius Bar, the inside of the store has a couple of tables to show off your stock, some colorful posters, and--the handiest bit--a few studs on the floor that let you prop up your figurines. The roof of the store is also customizable at present, with either a white Apple logo on the top, or a transparent one, like a skylight--the roof design Lego Cuusoo members like most will be put forward in the final design. Go to and build is open to suggestions to improve the set, but also points out that using standard brick shapes is preferred. At present, the idea has just over 1,000 supporters on CUUSOO, so has a long way to go before reaching the 10,000 needed to get Lego to consider turning this idea into an actual product. Just think of how many times you would be able to launch an iPad and get your Lego figures to camp outside for it. The only thing this set needs now to be on a par with the Playmobil version is Steve Wozniak riding up on a Segway.

  1. This set needs at least 30 more mini figs crammed into the "store" to be accurate to scale.
